Ms. Kara S. Boccella has over 25 years of experience advising legal professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals and families on all areas of wealth and investment management, including estate, insurance, legacy, retirement and tax planning. She is actively involved in portfolio management and investment selection as a member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team.
Prior to joining Camden, Ms. Boccella spent 19 years at KLS Professional Advisors Group, a subsidiary of Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc., and a multi-billion dollar registered investment advisory firm headquartered in New York, NY, where, in addition to attaining the level of Managing Director, she also established and managed the firm’s first West Coast office in Century City, CA. She joined KLS from Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. after beginning her career at Pollack Investments, a hedge fund located in West Palm Beach, FL.
Ms. Boccella received a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Certificate in Taxation from Fordham University.
Mr. Jayson J. Brown advises high net-worth individuals and families. He is a member of Camden Capital’s business development and client relationship team that serves prominent families and individuals predominantly domiciled in Florida. He is also a member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team.
Prior to joining Camden Capital, Mr. Brown was one of the top investment consultants at TD Ameritrade where he implemented investment solutions for affluent families across the country. His high-service approach led him to be recognized as one of the firm’s top producers three years in a row.
Prior to investment services, Mr. Brown was drafted to play professional baseball for the Anaheim Angels. He received a baseball scholarship at Barry University in Miami, where he earned a B.S. in Finance.
Mr. Hatzivassiliou advises affluent individuals, families, and institutions, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations and endowments on all wealth management and family office related matters and he is an active member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team.
Prior to joining Camden Capital, Mr. Hatzivassiliou spent seventeen years in the high net worth investment and banking channels of The Bank of New York Mellon, Bernstein Global Wealth Management and Pacific Mercantile. Before entering the finance arena, he was a Golf Professional and member of the PGA of America.
Mr. Hatzivassiliou is Foundation Board Member for St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, a Trustee with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of The Breakers Men’s Association. He is an active member of the West Palm 100, the National Order of AHEPA, the Hellenic Development Group and the Breakers and Parkland Golf and Country Clubs. He played football at the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences/Economics from Florida Atlantic University, graduating as a member of the National Honors Scholar Society.
Mr. John Krambeer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Camden Capital. As Chair of Camden Capital's investment strategy team, he is actively involved in managing client relationships and overseeing the investment management process, including manager selection and review.
Mr. Krambeer has extensive experience in providing wealthy families with strategic investment advice, including portfolio design and creation along with oversight of investment partnerships. Mr. Krambeer has spent his career working with both traditional and alternative investment managers, evaluating asset allocation strategies, managing long-term equity portfolios and implementing options strategies for large concentrated stock positions.
Prior to forming Camden Capital, Mr. Krambeer spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch, where he and his wealth management team built the firm’s largest Private Banking and Investment Group.
Mr. Krambeer serves as a Trustee for the Autry National Center, is a member of the Advisory Board of FrontRange Capital Partners and Saybrook Fund VI and is active in the community supporting various philanthropic organizations. Mr. Krambeer was an inaugural member of the Schwab Institutional Advisory Council for Advisors Turning Independent (ATI) - an sounding board for firms transitioning to independence in the ever-changing wealth management industry. Mr. Krambeer received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Woodbury University.
Mr. Monte Resnick leads the firm’s wealth management practice throughout Florida. He is actively involved in portfolio management selection as a member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team. With a background in behavioral finance and goals-based wealth management, affluent individuals, families and foundations entrust Mr. Resnick to provide thoughtful guidance on all matters pertaining to their investment management strategy.
Prior to joining Camden Capital, Mr. Resnick served as an executive director with JP Morgan where he headed up a wealth management team focused on advising affluent clients and foundations. He previously served as vice president within Neuberger Berman’s private wealth management division. Mr. Resnick began his investment career with Wall Street research firm Sanford Bernstein.
Mr. Resnick serves on numerous local boards and committees. He is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Governors for Leadership Palm Beach County. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Resnick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. He has also earned a designation as a certified Legacy Coach.
Mr. Mark Udis develops, implements and supports client investment portfolios, while also managing the firm’s operations. Mr. Udis maintains strong relationships with clients, investment managers and Camden Capital’s outside partnerships as he continues in his efforts to establish new family relationships. As a member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team, he is actively involved in portfolio management selection.
Mr. Udis began his career with Lockheed Martin and participated in the company’s esteemed Finance & Leadership Development Program during which he rotated through various advanced technology divisions.
Mr. Udis received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
Ms. Kristy Nguyen is a Financial Planner specializing in strategic tax, retirement and estate planning for clients and their respective trusts and foundations. She oversees all financial plans and is actively involved in investment analysis as a member of Camden Capital’s investment strategy team. Ms. Nguyen also monitors the allocation of the investments and conducts ongoing evaluation of investment selection. With a concentration in tax and investment from UCLA, she designs integrated tax and wealth management strategies with a holistic approach and a strong commitment to long-term client relationships.
Prior to Camden Capital, Ms. Nguyen began her career at Wells Fargo where she strategized optimal investment plans, and later expanded her skills in technical analysis. She managed and developed financial models that included asset allocation, portfolio performance and cash flow analysis. She is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the CFA Institute.
Ms. Rita Soto has over twenty-five years of experience in providing financial, accounting, tax and family office solutions to closely held companies and high net worth individuals. She has extensive experience in individual and corporate tax planning, compliance, cash flow analysis and wealth maximization. As Camden Capital’s Family Office CFO, Ms. Soto works with the firm’s ultra-high net worth families.
Prior to joining Camden Capital, Ms. Soto founded a successful accounting firm managing a portfolio of sophisticated clients with diverse accounting, financial and tax requirements where she provided consulting and advisory services to high net worth individuals and family offices. She customized her services to meet the increasingly complex and unique needs of her clients from sophisticated wealth transfer and preservation strategies to bill payment and cash management.
Before launching her own firm, Ms. Soto was the Chief Financial Officer of Crossbow Ventures Inc. As the Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for establishing financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information to investors. Ms. Soto began her career at KPMG LLP, where she worked with one of the largest global complements of tax partners and professionals to provide clients with an integrated array of strategic tax solutions to help minimize international, federal, state and local tax liabilities in an increasingly complex tax environment.
Ms. Soto is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
